Working Process
Our team of coffee experts is dedicated to assisting you with all your coffee processing needs, ensuring exceptional quality every step of the way.

Coffee cherries are carefully inspected for ripeness and same-day harvest. Defective cherries are rejected, while healthy ones are soaked; floaters are discarded, and denser cherries are kept for processing.
The preservation of unique flavors through floating, grading, fermentation, washing, sorting, and drying. Daily quality checks are conducted in the lab, with each coffee lot traceable to its farm source. Coffee is milled, graded, color sorted, and handpicked by women to remove defects.
